Terms & Conditions

The person or company to whom the Deluxe Casino Hire
quotation is addressed to is known as the client.
Deluxe Casino Hire and their artists are known as the Supplier.

Confirmation

Deluxe Casino Hire and their artists require written confirmation of all bookings by email
and shall not secure suppliers, Artists or venues on behalf of the client unless such confirmation is received.

All services offered are subject to availability, Deluxe Casino Hire and their artists reserves the right
to revise its quotation if the format or items booked are varied for any reason.

Payment Terms

Upon confirmation a deposit must be paid within 7 days to secure your booking.
Your final balance will be due within 7 days of your event date,
unless another agreement has been made by Deluxe Casino Hire.

Cancellations

Cancellations with more than 14 days notice will result in the loss of deposit
however a cancellation without the courtesy of 14 days notice
will result in a charge equal to 75% of the overall booking fee.

Cancellation without the courtesy of 7 days notice
will result in a charge equal to 100% of the overall booking fee.
This has to be done to allow Deluxe Casino Hire and its artists to re-book the date.

All cancellations must be advised in writing to Deluxe Casino Hire.
The date of receipt of this written notification by Deluxe Casino Hire will determine the cancellation charges applicable.

Once a booking has been confirmed Deluxe Casino Hire and their artists may reserve
a supplier's time and services and they may refuse other bookings.

Accordingly, charges will be payable for any cancellation of a confirmed booking
or part thereof Non-refunded deposits may be allowed against a future booking at our discretion.

Any deposit received for a booking will be retained in the event of cancellations.

Deluxe Casino Hire and their artists will not be liable for venue
cancellation charges or other fees non-related to the contract.

Loss and Damage

Any or damage to equipment or property or injury to persons in relation to or at an event
will be the responsibility of the client and replacement costs will be charged in full.

The promoter/client exonerates Deluxe Casino Hire from any liability costs or expense arising from the
loss or damage to equipment or property or injury suffered by any person in connection with an event.

Liability

Artists and their services engaged by Deluxe Casino Hire on behalf of and as agents for the client
will always use their best endeavours to attend the function.

However, should the supplier be prevented from doing so for any reason outside their control
Deluxe Casino Hire will make every endeavour to provide a replacement service.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure there is adequate direct access to enable delivery of our equipment.

The client must ensure that arrangements have been made to ensure delivery of the equipment at the agreed times stated on the invoice.

Publicity

I/We agree to the taking of Photographs at any Deluxe Casino Hire event at which I/we may be present and the use of any photographs
in any promotional material for use by Deluxe Casino Hire and their artists only.

If you do not wish photographs to be taken at your event, please email us 7 days prior to your event date.
